We invite you to join us for a rejuvenating and creative afternoon at Danskarby Green Kitchen on Saturday the 7th of October

Our mini retreat begins with a grounding yoga session in the forest, suitable for all levels. Warm in body and spirit, we gather inside ‘loftet’ for a guided plant spirit meditation (trust us, it's fascinating!).  Then, we'll dive into making natural immune-boosting remedies for your home apothecary, ensuring you are well-prepared for flu season (most of the herbs and flowers are handpicked from the Nordic nature). 

You will be making a fire cider vinegar, which is a herbal tonic used to strengthen your immune system, help with digestion and turn on your internal heat. You will also make a tincture, a very potent and strong herbal remedy that has antibacterial anti-fungal and antiviral properties, clearing your respiratory system and opening your breath. You will be able to bring home your different natural remedies and also a booklet of recipes. The day concludes with a heartwarming vegetarian dinner prepared by Louise Mérus from Danskarby Green Kitchen. 

This workshop is the first in a series. Each workshop will provide you with knowledge and techniques to enhance your home apothecary with remedies tailored to that season. 

Your guides for the workshop series and yoga are Isabella Palmgren and Anna Elfving-Gomes 

Bella is a yoga teacher and yoga life mentor that has dived into the herbalist magic with the School of the Sacred Wild for the past year following the natures cycle with the plant medicines as the healing energy 

Anna, is a yoga teacher, health coach and a two-year apprentice to the School of the Sacred Wild diving deep into folk herbalism and earth care. Her curiosity and love for earth-based healing and nature's wisdom guide her journey. 

Louise is the founder of Danskarby Green Kitchen. Louise is a chef and run seasonal cookery classes all year around.
